A development of five seven-storey tower blocks and and ten six storey blocks, built as public housing as part of the development of the St Leonard's area. The blocks were constructed by Edinburgh Borough Council. The seven-storey blocks contain 125 dwellings in total. The six storey-blocks contain 256 dwellings in total. Some of the blocks have balcony access. Other low-rise blocks were also included in the scheme. The contractor for the development was Wimpey. Construction was approved by committee in 1970.
