A development of seven nine-storey blocks built as public housing for Edinburgh Borough Council. The blocks were known as 'Contract 7' of the public housing developments in the Wester Hailes area. They contained 516 dwellings in total. The contractor for the development was Crudens Ltd. Construction was approved by committee in 1970.
