Parkhead Stadium, 95 Kerrydale Street, 1929, Archibald Leitch

The original Celtic stand (see also Leitch's contemporary stand for Rangers, p. 00) and the 1988 extension by Lang, Willis & Galloway are lost in the redevelopment, c.1994, Percy Johnson-Marshall & Ptnrs. Remodelling of the covered football stadium, 60,000 all-seated capacity, with cantilevered external structure. Since the club moved next to the graveyard, Celtic Park has been known to the fans as 'Paradise'.
