Prettily romantic Tudor with steep pitched roofs, spiky chimneystacks, stringcourses and hood-moulds. On site of townhouse of Sir James Hamilton of Finnart. Note 1875 bronze plaque, by Sir Noel Paton, commemorating the assassination of the Regent Earl of Moray in 1572.
