St Margaret's Church, 1996 Great Western Road, Knightswood Cross, 1928-32, Lorimer & Matthew
St Margaret's was Sir Robert Lorimer's very last church, completed posthumously by J F Matthew in Lorimer's Scottish style with Baltic-inspired profile. Hipped end roof and Arts & Crafts interior features. Stained glass, Alexander Russell. Hall, 1925, Jeffrey Waddell. Original red sandstone hall built, as often, before the church.
