No 1 Bridge Street is a fairly narrow, three-storeyed, early nineteenth-century building with a shop on the ground floor, probably a later insertion. The upper floors have been harled, with ashlar dressings (dressed masonry used around windows and doors), while the attic is lit by a single dormer window.
