Situated on the gently-sloping SE flank of Knockali there are the heather-covered remains of a building which measures about 17m E-W by 6.8m in width at the W end and 8.3m in width at the E end over walls reduced to a bank about 1.5m thick and 0.2m high. On the S side the central section of the wall has been pushed out and there are traces of what may be a cross-wall 9.8m from the E end; the position of the entrance was not identified.
