RCAHMS prepared a measured survey of Tap O'Noth fort in 1999. The survey included a plan of the overall site taken at 1:1250 and a detail of the inner fort at 1:500. The drawings were reproduced in ink and then transferred to graphic vector software before publication at reduced scales of 1:2500 and 1:1000 respectively (RCAHMS 2007, figs. 6.29 and 6.30).
