An archaeological watching brief was carried out ahead of a proposed building extension and access road being constructed. The access road was excavated to a maximum width of 4m and extended for around 60m from the site entrance to the edge of Kinstonhill Quarry. Part of this access road followed the course of the previous track to the quarry. The area where the extension will be located was heavily disturbed. No archaeological features were found.
