NO 41220 30417 AOC Archaeology Group was commissioned to carry out a Level 2 historic building recording of the former Pump House at East graving Dock Dundee. The Pump House is an example of utilitarian Victorian architecture built for purpose, this being said there is a degree of decoration with ball finals to each gable and possible decorative arching on the west elevation. The building shows some degree of deterioration with slipped and missing roof slates, damaged guttering and downpipes, as well as deterioration of the stonework.
