NH 60095 35036 An evaluation was carried out at Dores Church on 6–7 April 2021. The works were required in order to establish the presence or absence of burials at the site.
Four trenches were excavated, within which twenty grave cuts were identified, four of which contained preserved human bone. A possible cremation burial was also encountered. All human remains were left in situ and safeguarded under reinstated trenches.
