(NT 21159 57766 to NT 21135 57776) Desk-Based Assessment - On the 6-inch 1st edition Ordnance Survey (1854) there is an ‘Old Fence’ on the survey aligned NW-SE the majority of which is outwith the study area. This is not depicted on the 6-inch 2nd edition Ordnance Survey (1895).

Walkover survey - A small section of a linear turf bank some 2.5m broad and upto 600mm high is visible on a common alignment with that depicted as ‘Old Fence‘on the 6-inch 1 st edition Ordnance Survey (1854). Aligned NW-SE the majority of the linear bank is outwith the study area to the SE but a small length, some 30m, is visible to the NW although less well defined and preserved.
