The Pillbox Study Group reports at least sixteen blast shelters within and around the former airfield buildings and hanger. The blast shelters have all been removed but where located at NJ 2608 6500, NJ 2612 6500, NJ 2611 6508, NJ 2620 6500, NJ 2620 6506, NJ 2619 6508, NJ 2621 6509, NJ 2622 6512, NJ 2618 6515, NJ 2614 6514, NJ 2624 6507, NJ 2630 6508, NJ 2638 6516, NJ 2643 6517, NJ 2646 6512 and NJ 2640 6511.
