This C-shaped burnt mound is situated in birch woodland on the E bank of an unnamed tributary of the Allt Tarbh to the NE of Garbeg. It is covered in bracken and measures 12.2m from NE to SW by 9.8m transversely and up to 1m in height. The hollow in the centre of the mound that measures some 3m across, and opens on to the burn through a narrow gap on the SE.
