An obsolete trackway runs along the base of slope below the woodlands between NC 37975 18005 and NC 38243 17630. The NE, upper side has
been excavated into the bank, but there is no trace of stone revetting. There is a slight bank on the SW, downhill side. This track is recorded on the 1st edition OS map but may be earlier.
