Location Notes: The panel lies on a gentle S facing slope in dense planted coniferous trees. Without the trees there would be extensive views over the Black Water valley to the S. It lies about 50m from the track to the SW and also about 50m from Rogie 19 which is situated on the end of the ridge to the NW. It has been approached by following a compass bearing from both these points.

Panel Notes: The panel is a heart-shaped rock measuring 1.8 x 1.4m. It has a flat surface sloping gently to SE, with its highest point 0.7m above current ground level. The surface is smooth with lineation to the E. There are 8 cupmarks in a cluster at the highest point in the NW corner and 2 further cups S of the central part of rock.
