Occupying level ground on either side of the farm road from Tullymurdoch to Craighead, there is a group of at least thirteen hut-circles, fragments of a field-system and a cluster of small cairns. The hut-circles and field-banks stand to a maximum height of about 0.5m and much of the surrounding ground is covered by rig-and-furrow cultivation which has probably destroyed parts of the settlement.

A - Two detached buildings linked by a short stretch of field-bank. The larger hut measures 10m in diameter, the smaller 4m. As at E the position of the entrance is uncertain and these small huts may have served as stores.

B - Two buildings, an enclosure and a stretch of field-bank. The W hut- circle overlies the E example.

C - A Dalrulzion type hut-circle overlain by a small simple hut.

D - A complex comprising: two multi-period simple huts lying on an earlier structure; a recent rectangular building.

E - Simple hut-circles.
