Marlee House incorporates a harled, two-storey 17th-century house, with a symmetrical five-bay plan, which was remodelled and extended in the 18th and 19th centuries. The lands of Easter Kinloch, later Marlee, are on record in 1499. The house and policies are depicted in a vignette by Stobie and are given on plan by Brown.
