Air photography has recorded the cropmarks of a rectangular pit-defined structure (probably a Neolithic ritual enclosure) on the crest of a ridge 130m W of Littleour steading. The W end has been lost beneath the adjacent hedgerow, but the identifiable remains measure at least 25m from E to W by 8m transversely and comprise a U-shaped setting of fourteen pits, which splay slightly outwards towards the W end. A single pit has been placed central to the E end of the enclosure, and a similar arrangement at the W end has apparently been obscured.
