The weaving sheds (centred on NO 41347 31147) have been demolished. The site is now housing. The facade onto Arbroath Road has been retained to wall height and the housing built behind. The former calendar works (centred on NO 41333 31214) is empty. There are plans to build housing on the site. The 1949 Tay Spinners building onto Arbroath Road has been adaptively reused. The facade onto Morgan Street has been retained. Housing has been built on the site.
