NY 18871 70219 A historic building survey was undertaken, 24 November 2017, of the farm in advance of demolition and conversion work. Although the farmsteading was mapped in the 18th century, no elements of this building phase were visible. The majority of the recorded buildings appeared to date to the 19th century; however, most showed signs of alterations and the existing house retained few, if any, features from the 19th century.
