A site evaluation was undertaken in advance of Phase 2 of a proposed housing development at the North end of the village of Hill of Fearn. No sites had previously been noted within the development site. A total of 4 trenches were excavated across the development site; no archaeological remains were identified during the trial-trenching evaluation.
