This fort occupies the summit of a large cliff-girt stack forming the tip of a coastal headland. Pear-shaped on plan, it measures 82m from NNW to SSE by about 45m transversely (0.25ha) within a wall reduced to a scarp studded with vitrified stones; this can be traced along the margin of the summit on all side except the NW. The entrance was probably on the S, where access to the summit is easiest. The interior is featureless.
