NH 70627 42690 A trial trenching evaluation was carried out, 3 February 2017, on the access area of the development site adjacent to the Drumossie Hotel. Three trenches were opened along with a section excavated through a field boundary on the SE side of the area. A modern field drain was the only negative feature. The section through the field boundary revealed that it was constructed entirely of earth and may have been an earth bank with hedgerow.
