Evidence for discovery: found in or near the old graveyard at Kinneddar sometime after 1936.

Present condition: broken and weathered.

Description

This fragment is part of a slender cross-shaft carved in relief on three faces with diagonal key pattern. The two narrow faces bear mirrored panels, while face A bears a pelletted pattern.

Date range: eighth or ninth century.
