Further archaeological work was carried out in advance of construction work on cable-related features within the Scheduled area to the S of Cleddans Road. The excavation identified vague traces of the military way, comprising a patchy spread of small pebbles almost 4m wide. Two poorly defined carbon-rich spreads were located to the N of the military way. No further archaeological remains were recorded within these trenches.
