This small farmstead is located about 60m from the road at Lon nan Gruagach, some 85m N of No. 3 Cleadale. It consists of six buildings, a enclosure, a track and a small patch of cultivation.
The largest building (125) is a typical 19th century cottage (125) and measures 9.7m from NW to SE by 4.1m transversely within mortared stone walls 0.6m in thickness and surviving to full height. The entrance faces SW and is flanked by windows. There is a third window in the NE wall, a fireplace at each end, and the building has been extended to the NW.
A second slightly smaller building (126) stands immediately to the SE. Three smaller structures of similar construction (127, 124, 122) stand 3m to the N, 20m to the W and 36m to the NE of the first, and the latter has a small adjacent enclosure. Finally, 70m to the SSE, there is another building (128).
At least two of these buildings (125 and 126) are depicted roofed on the 1st edition of the OS map (Inverness-shire (Skye) Sheet LXXI, 1879).
