Two stones, one standing and one fallen, are situated on a sloping S-facing terrace in an improved pasture field 80m NE of Nether Wheedlemont steading. The standing stone is 2.9m in height, 1.3m in breadth, and 0.5m thick. Chocking stones are exposed around its base where the ground is being actively eroded by cattle. The fallen stone lies 25m to the WSW upon a pile of probable field clearance. In section of a roughly lozenge-shape, it measures 3.6m in length by 1.0m in breadth, and 0.7m in thickness.

Visited by RCAHMS (IF, ARG), 10 May 1996.
