NT 30258 57458 A standing building survey was carried out on 26 May 2014 of the remaining steading at Rosebery Home Farm. The now abandoned farm steading, which was built at the beginning of the 19th century, consisted of a large planned steading designed to service the Rosebery Estate, which dates back to the 17th century. With a prominent tall clock tower, Rosebery had two cart sheds flanking the main gated

entrance, with a threshing shed (with an original horse gin) to the SW and more barns to the NE. A two-storey cottage was constructed in the W corner of the courtyard in the later 19th century, together with a number of large cow byres to the N.
