NS 47702 73029 A programme of work was undertaken, 17 April – 28 May 2014, in advance and during the construction of an extension to a memorial wall on the N side of North Dalnottar Cemetery. The area was considered of interest as it borders the Antonine Wall. The excavation of an evaluation trench recorded a layer of small stones associated with the

construction a post-medieval wall. A subsequent watching brief during ground-breaking work associated with the construction of the wall recorded no finds or features of archaeological significance.
