Measurements: H 1.52m, girth 3.28m tapering to 2.11m

Place of discovery: NN 9243 0980

Present location: in situ.

Evidence for discovery: recorded in the mid 1930s. The stone was tilting to one side and fell in 1990, but it was re-erected.

Present condition: weathered.

Description

This is a large natural boulder on which have been pecked two symbols, a goose above a rectangle with two internal transverse lines.

Date: seventh century.
