ND 25978 45830, ND 25959 45842 and ND 25989 45882: A grouping of three small standing stones is situated on the east side of the road from Watten to Lybster is noted in the NMRS. As previously noted in the NMRS, field survey observed that one of the stones does not appear to be as weathered or as deep set as the other two and is possibly upcast from the road side ditch. The southernmost stone measured 0.8m in height, 0.2m in breadth and 1.2m in width. The northernmost stone measured 0.8m in height, 0.25m in breadth and 1m in width. The third stone, presumed to be later in origin, measured 0.5m in height, 0.4m in breadth and 0.8m in width.
