This building stands in rough pasture 230m SW of the ruins of North House farmsteading (HY33SE 49) and may be contemporary with another building (HY33SE 119) just 11m to the west. Rectangular on plan, it measures 11m from E to W by 5.3m transversely over walls reduced to heather-grown banks 1m in maximum thickness and 0.4m in height.
