Scope and Content Handwritten inscriptions: at bottom edges of photograph: 'Bottom of stone'; at right hand edge of photograph: 'See letters here' and on reverse of photograph: 'The Inscribed Stone with 5 Hollows each about 5"' diamtr. found in Broughton Church yard whilst St Llolan's cell was being restored. It fitted exactly the old doorway into the cell ,(Diagram) Lying on its back it revolves quite easily.' The diagram is annotated 'stone', and shows a triangular outline, enclosing three circles (one above two).
