Scope and Content Dun at Dun Aisgain, Isle of Mull, Argyll and Bute Dun Aisgain is a well preserved dun which sits on top of an irregular rocky knoll. The dun is circular and is set within an outer wall. The dun has its entrance passage in the western side. Door jambs and traces of a bar-hole can be seen about halfway along. A mural gallery can be seen inside the wall, especially to the north-east. The walls are still up to 2.8 m thick in places. Source: RCAHMS contribution to SCRAN.
