Scope and Content cf PAs 87, 88, 89, 93 and 94. Hard cover of green cloth textured as imitation leather, titled on front in gold 'Impressions of Places and People' and stamped on last page 'D.A.L London'. Thick board pages with window frame pages between. Purchased at McNaughton's bookshop, Edinburgh. Snapshots of people and places in South-West Scotland and Ireland, including some of ferries and some of buildings - also Rouken Glen, (near Busby). Family snapshots include Mrs Dickie at Dipple 1903; groups showing the Literary Society picnic at Kilmalcolm, Sunday School teachers' picnic at Strathblane 1902 and the Choir picnic at Row 1902; a steam train at Ibrox, various steamships and a 3-masted sailing ship at the Gare Loch in 1903 and fishing boats at Port Stewart 1905; the Gordon family at Dunnymuck and the McDowalls and Meg and Jeannie at Rouken Glen 1905.
