Scope and Content Mill of Glenbuchat, Aberdeenshire This is a small upland water-powered corn mill, on a rectangular plan, with a detached granary. It was powered by a low-breast paddle wheel 0.71 by 3.66m, driving a single pair of stones. This view shows the mill from the north. The kiln is the taller section to the left, and has the base and spindle of a revolving ventilator. The wheel is on the lower gable. This mill was in 1976 being used as a barn and garage.
