Scope and Content Former Fishing Station, Rodel Harbour, Harris, Inverness-shire This complex consisted of a quayed section of shore with a dwelling house and two outhouses. The house was two-storey, three bay, with a central wallhead chimney. This view shows the roofless dwelling house with one of the outhouses on the left. The other outhouse was behind the viewpoint, and was wooden, with a corrugated iron roof. This station was probably built for the curing of herring, on a relatively small scale.
