Scope and Content Former McVitie & Price Bakery, Robertson Avenue, Edinburgh This was a very large biscuit bakery, consisting mainly of single-storey workshops, with a one and two-storey masonry frontage to Robertson Avenue. This view shows the Robertson Avenue frontage of the bakery, which by 1974 was occupied by Ferranti as an electronics factory. The factory was demolished in the mid 1990s and has been replaced by blocks of flats. Source: RCAHMS contribution to SCRAN.
