Scope and Content Millbank Mill, Thurso, Caithness This mill is part of an early industrial complex on a lade from the river Thurso. The corn mill is the furthest upstream, and is on an L-plan. The kiln is now roofless, and the machinery has been removed. This view shows the mill from the north east, with the roofless kiln on the left. Part of the building is now a youth club.
