Scope and Content Scrabster Harbour, near Thurso, Caithness This harbour has been developed over many years, as a ferry port for Orkney, and as a fishing port. In 1974 some of the earlier work was still evident. This view shows the harbour from the south. The fishing boat is moored to a 20th century concrete quay. Source: RCAHMS contribution to SCRAN.
