Scope and Content Sawmill, Glamis village, Angus This is an interesting example of a village/estate sawmill, adapted throughout its life, and still in use in 1974. This view shows a heated riveted-iron tank for treating timber with chemicals to deter decay, situated close to the sawmill buildings.
