Scope and Content Forest Mill, Station Road, Selkirk, Selkirkshire Forrest Mill started as a spinning mill, and developed into an integrated tweed mill. This view shows on the left the original spinning mill of 1838. This was the second large spinning mill in Selkirk but unlike Ettrick, the first, it remained in its original form.
