Scope and Content Monument to John Fraser and his spouse, Alness Parish Church, Alness, Highland Alness Parish Church was constructed in its present form in 1775, incorporating the 17th-century Novar Aisle and portions of medieval work. This 18th-century monument to John Fraser and his spouse is one of several 17th-, 18th- and 19th- century tombs contained in the burial ground. Source: RCAHMS contribution to SCRAN.
