Scope and Content Well under steps, courtyard of Bay House, 1 Panha', Dysart, Fife Bay House was built in 1583 for Patrick Sinclair during the time when there was still a pier on Panha'. It was restored in 1969 by The National Trust for Scotland. A well (facing) is located under the steps leading to the first-floor hall. The window partially concealed by the wooden door (right) was originally the entrance to the ground-floor kitchen. Source: RCAHMS contribution to SCRAN.
