Scope and Content Janitors cottage, Kinghorn Burgh School, Pettycur Road, Kinghorn, Fife Kinghorn Burgh School was built in 1829 to designs by Thomas Hamilton and extended at the rear in 1874. This cottage was built some time in the 19th century to provide accommodation for the school janitor. Source: RCAHMS contribution to SCRAN.
