Scope and Content Pigeon perch, 18 East Shore, Pittenweem, Fife 18 East Shore, though traditionally said to be a 17th-century building, was probably built in the 18th century. It was rebuilt in 1972. This pigeon perch on the front chimney-gable, or gablet, is a purely decorative feature. Source: RCAHMS contribution to SCRAN.
