Scope and Content Plan of a farmstead at Ashintully, Perth and Kinross The remains of this farmstead are situated immediately north-east of a forestry plantation some 1.3km north of Whitefield Castle. The steading comprises several buildings each reduced to turf-covered wall footings. The buildings are ranged in two groups, the larger (A) arranged around a yard. Amongst the farm buildings is a kiln, probably used for corn-drying. Source: RCAHMS contribution to SCRAN.
