Scope and Content Younger Hall, University of St Andrews, St Andrews, Fife Younger Hall was begun in 1923 by Paul Waterhouse and, after his death, completed by Michael Waterhouse in 1929. The hall was built in Art Deco classical style. The simple ground-level doors form the main entrance. The porch serves as a base for the temple which forms the centre-piece of the frontage.
