Scope and Content Ground-floor plan of dairy at Guisachan, Tomich, Highland The ornamental dairy at Guisachan in Tomich was probably built around 1870 during the time the Guisachan estate belonged to Dudley Marjoribanks, afterwards Baron Tweedmouth of Edington. The milk-room (on the right) has a small fountain in the middle of the floor. On the left there is a scullery for washing the dairy utensils. The stair leads up to the store-room or bothy above the scullery. Source: RCAHMS contribution to SCRAN.
